I use World of Logs to review raid performance, since it enables me to see what kind of dps and healing people are doing, whether they did a good amount of dps on adds, whether they took avoidable damage, or survived a fight, and other such wonderful things.

Key pages to look at are survivability, deaths overview, damage done (esp to bone spikes, fanatics and adherents, and blood beasts), and healing done (this is still the hardest to analyze.)
